I am responsible to locate the VIN #'s on an EATON 2000, MH (body style). It is located below grade w/ a crawl space. I've craweled under & tried to find a plate or stamp. Can you assist me in locating the VIN #'s?

Thanking you in advance for any help you may be able to give me.

Sincerely,

There should be a metal tag on the end (opposite the tounge end). If it's a double wide, it will be near the marriage wall seam for both sides. It might be on the frame as well. It will also be listed on the title(s).

The red tag mentioned would be the HUD seal...it does not have the sn # on it...

Look for the data plate inside the home on the wall in a closet...or inside a kitchen cabinet door...It will have the sn #...

The number is stamped on the frame front (hitch side..usually face the front door..hitch side is to the right)...Now face the home...the number will be stamped into the front cross member about 24 inches from the left hand corner...Most are stamped vertically...but some are horizontal..

The last character will be a letter...most often A or B....A double section actually has 2 numbers..example...PHZ025467A and B
