Baron homes and tile roof retrofit ?

Baron homes have the Del mar model was wondering what the roof structure consists of? Trying to determine what kind/weight of tile could be used that's compatible with its construction. also their address would be helpful cannot find it anywhere? They still in business?

The data plate, located inside the home, will give you the roof load.

Were you able to find out if Baron Homes is still in business ?
There is a Del Mar built in 1986 on a permanent foundation for sale in my city in California. Just wondering, would appreaciate any info you may have.
