Earthquake Bracing

Just thinking about earthquake bracing last night...so at 1:57 a.m. there was an earthquake that woke me up. Someone told me that the government had paid for bracing, but I can't find anything about it.

Can anyone tell me what it generally costs for a double wide and if there is a grant program for same.
