Peachtree Model Homes

I am looking at a home to purchase and am told that it is a "Peachtree" brand. I have been unable to find anything about this home/manufacturer on the Internet which I find very strange. Anybody have any information? Thanks!

You did not mention what year model you are looking at...Early Peachtrees were built buy Peachtree Housing in Moultrie...They were a very top of the line manufacturer...

After they closed in the early 80's...the name was used by Desitiny Homes..also from Moultrie....Not quite the same quality..

I believe the name was also used by others in the industry..Including a very low end manufacturer also in GA...in the more recent years..

Thanks so much for the info. The year is 1998 so it doesn't sound like it's at the high end! However, I'm going for it as it's in great shape and seems sound. Oye, my first purchase and not a stellar review on the model. Oh well, sometimes you just gotta go for it and hope for the best, right!?!
