mark up price on new MH

Within the next 3 week, I looking to buy a new MH in Athens Georgia. Never buy a MH before so I don't know the price mark-up. I looking to buy a 32x74 double wide FleetWood model, what are the mark-up price on these type of MH? The quote that I got through email from dealers is around $49,900-$59,900 wholesale. The dealer told me that the price is wholesale, can I still work with them on the price? Thanks

Be careful...what does that mean..."wholesale"...

What options are included???????????There can be tens of thousands in options on some homes..

How about dealer installed items like skirting..a/c...set up...land prep..footers...vapor barriers...blocks...wood...steps...again can be tens of thousands...All things you have NO idea about..even permits come into play..Sales tax..on and on and on..

Use the Internet for information...get your pricing form retailers in your area..there are about 70 within 100 miles of you and you should have no problem getting a fair deal...The industry is very competitive in your area and final mark ups are very low...
