Partial basement?

Can a modular/manufactured home be placed over a partial basement? We would like to have a drive-under garage and some space for storage/exercise. Would this be too complicated to make it worth it?

Also, we are looking at Heritage American modular by Patriot. Is it possible to have one of the floorplans from their other lines built by this center?

Not all homes are built to be basement set. The clear span to drive a car underneath the home, would require a perimeter frame, and may or may not be available in your area. This can be a very expensive project.
