My name is kara and I am looking to buy a Manufactured Home. Recently I went into Palm Harbor Homes and I liked what I saw. The people were very friendly and it seemed like the best quality of home. I want to make sure that I am buying a great product, one that will last. I don't want to get talked into buying a home that will fall apart on me. Can you please give me some statistics on Palm Harbor Homes compared to other Manufactured Home sellers such as:
reapairs
customer satisfaction
quality of home
any poblems that accure down the road
service calls
etc.
I think these things are very important and will help me make a better informed decision on what to buy and from where.

On this site is a sneek peek at the 25 top homes (or something like that) I think it lists quality, repair record, and other stuff that I don't remember off hand. Check it out. For me...I'm a silvercrest girl all the way....but I would also "settle" for a Hallmark.
