Do you mean structural insulated panels, those prefab walls with the foam inside?

SIPS are being used, but sparingly. Champion has just completed some SIPS prototypes, but I have no idea if they are market ready yet. Information on this structure may be available at www.automatedbuilder.com, if they have access to previous articles.
