I live in Cyprus (small island in the Mediteranean) and I am very keen to the idea of building my house in other than the traditional method of concrete which we use here, and and costs money, effor and time at least.

Please, would you inform me on the differences of building between, post & beam, timber frame, steel, and prefabricated supporting your suggestions with pros and cons for each method?

Could you supply me with a list or catalogue of companies, which are ready to undertake such a project for me in Cyprus?

Given the information, I will examine the case and there is a big chance to enter a contract for building 7 houses in a plot I own, and/or maybe some kind of industrial buildings/showrooms.
