Lived in stick built all of my life. Just bought property in Ark. Will put used double wide on acreage near relatives and leave in a trust for challenged family members. I'm not going to be around long. Selling my home in California, moving soon. I have expert help with installation and accessory buildings. Need help on brands. Chance to buy a newer, used Cappaert Dblwd. Please discuss pros and cons re: floor, walls, roof, Vent system. plumbing, etc of this make. Specific comments re other brands available in central Ark. and any general advice appreciated. I want to buy a higher quality home from a reliability and materials perspective.
