Getting Resident To Clean Up!!

I have a question regarding residents that I have sent numerous Manintenance & Cleanup Notices to. The notices are regarding her maintenance of the exterior of her mobile home and her yard area. She cleans up something then turns around and puts it back in the same place or in another place on her lot. She doesn't maintain her mobile on the outside ie skirting and downspouts. Doesn't mow or weed eat her yards and has stuff scattered throughout.

Is there any way to get her to conform or am I just going to have to send her a 30 day notice to conform or she'll be evicted??

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get someone to do these thing. Or have had success in getting residents to conform??

My park is in Oregon.

Please help any ideas??

Your park your rules. If she does not conform to your rules wake her up by an eviction notice. If she does not clean up go thru with the eviction. This sends a message to the other residents, especially if she is evicted.
