Refinancing Mobile Home and Land Seperate

Post by Travis Tullos » Sun Jun 22, 2003 10:01 pm

Dear Expert,

Me and my wife financed a mobile home and four acres of land together through conseco back in 2000. At the time we had just gotten married and our options were slim. Now that we know we made a stupid mistake, we are trying to find a way to get out of this horrible situation. My wife works at a financial institute and has talked to many lenders about refinancing our home and land seperate. But as of yet we have not found anybody that will help. Please give me some advice and possible some options on what we can do so we can build a real home some day.

Your response would be gladly helpful!

Thanks,

Travis Tullos

Never heard of anyone wanting to do this..I doubt that there is a way...If you have a double section..most likely you can refinance the package at todays lower interest rates and have a large savings...You might want to try this..

By the way...Conseco has changed its name back to Greentree as of Friday..

I have 8 acers of land and a 1998 clayton doublewide our payment on both is paid out separtly. When paying both runs $750.00. I was hoping to get them together and bring the payment lower. My credit is not that great. My husband was layed off, and we have gotten behind. Please give us a chance to talk to you. Thank you for your time.(850)973-3100 or (850)973-6034
