I own a 2001 Fleetwood doublewide, clear title, it is currently set-up in a park in Virginia. I participated in an auction to purchase approximately 33 acres placing 5% down ($1,500.00) with balance of $ 28,500 remaining. Property along the River has appraised for $1,500.00 an acre. I want to move the doublewide to put on a permanent foundation. I will need a loan for approximately $50,000 to purchase the land and to move and set-up the doublewide. I feel once my home is in place on this property it would have worth of $95,000-$110,000.

I have an excellent work history over the past 20 years. I am now working for SprintPCS as a Customer Service Representative with a base salary of $27,840 a year plus incentives with up to $10,000 yearly. I have fair to less than good credit and understand that I might have to pay a higher rate for a time so that I may get my credit back on track and eventually refinance at a lower rate with the equity I will have in the property.
