This 28 by 80 specs 2x6 16 oc walls 2x6 16 oc floor joist 24 oc roof trusses 3/8 osb exterior walls 2x3 interior walls would this be a good quality strength wise and also what do they mean by marrage walls 24oc. Do they use good lumber or just slap the home together. Would comodore be a better choice.

Yes to Commodore..
Beside the 2x6 exterier walls...the rest is the most basic allowed by law...
The marrage wall is the wall between the halves of the home..this is the wall that holds the weight of the roof..should be 16 on center for sure...Cavalier also used lots of "engineered" studs...these are short pieces of wood..glued together...look at the marrage wall studs and see for yourself...
