Im selling a Mobile home and 8acres of land in the Texas hill country, and need to get an idea of the Interest Rates I would charge for 10years at 5% down, 15 yrs,
just on Market, Listed w/Realtor,they state Buyer will have trouble getting regular
Loan , 1978 Mobile home with add on doubling size.How much Down should I ask for?
