used home moving to a foundation

Hello,

My question is : I have a 3 yr old dblwd on a rental lot, and have been trying to sell it for as long as I've owned it. Now we are thinking of putting it on a foundation, and 1 acre of land, given the fact that the few that were interested in buying said they wouldnt because it wasnt on land.

Does a mobile home stop depriciating on a foundation? right now we owe more than its worth....
