Karsten has done it again. They have been building quality homes and shipping them as far as Wyoming, Kansas, and Texas. They have the best customer service that no one can touch and this what makes them happy the most. I have been to the manufactured housing show in Phoenix, Az and they had one of their homes on display there. I was totally amazed to see their manufactured home on display which had 2x6 sidewalls, 6:12 pitched shingled roof, flatceiling with 10' sidewall height and residential moulding thru out the home. People were blown away by the look of the home and it didn't seem like a manufactured at all. It was like a sitebuilt home. They also offer their steel perimeter floor on all their models at this time and can built to modular specifications also. They can modify any floor plan to suit your needs, change windows and doors, many different options for the roof, 3-tab shingles, architecturals, or propanel roof, with gable dormers, and lap or hardboard siding. I really praise this company because they are one of Southwest's finest builders that don't cut corners at all.
