I have a single wide mobile home do you know of anyone that will refinance the mortgage on a single wide mobile home. Permenant home.

Yes. Call a Mortgage Broker in your area and ask if they work with Wells Fargo.
When you find one that does inquire about their "Emerging Markets" program.
Under this program you can refi a singlewide on a perm. foundation.
