Ritz-Craft, Question

Anyone have or know someone who owns a Ritz-Craft? I am about to purchase a Manufactured Home in the next week and the dealer I am going through only offers Ritz-Craft or Skyline. I was leaning toward the Ritz-Craft, but need to know who has had any experience with them. Please Respond. Thanks.
