I know little about the actual product....but..I do know that Redman is a division of Champion Homes...The largest builder in the US...

I will be looking forward to other comments about the brand..

save your hard earned money. cheap, shoddy construction, non-existant after purchase service.

probably depends on your plant too. in chandler, az - it's like all the others, you get what you pay for. they use the cresdecking (bad) and don't offer an OSB upgrade, but do to 3/4" plywood (ok). the insulation is good - energy star rated, dual windows with easy exit features - std, a lot of good +'s. but if ordered with min. that's what you'll get - the min. the economy kitchen cabinets were junk. the upgrade were comparable to others, finished off inside and adjustable - that sort of thing. what i did like was that they cataloged all the chgs in the floor plans and made it very accessiable to see if a plan that fit my needs was already pre-approved at some point in the past - saved a lot in engineering fees.

i think more important can be how responsive the factory and dealer are to complaints - and that info you can get through viewing the files at the state hud agency - if you have one.

i am trying to find the blue prints for a redman home, because ca makes for have a permanent foundation. i have purchased a repoed redman home. how do I obtain one? please respond quickly. thanks - any help you can offer.
