Oak Creek Homes

Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with Oak Creek Homes?

My folks have an OakCreek but it's a higher grade home. They have owned it about 5 years and it's been moved twice. (28x60') It has held up very well, has some very nice features, the the electric bill is very reasonable, they keep it set at 70 all of the time and here in S.Texas it gets into the low 100's in the summer.

I asked for the same floorplan and options three months ago and they told me it would be in the 90's which is about 30,000 more than they paid. Everyone likes things different but again, they are very happy and as a regular visitor, I'm impressed with it.
