failed inspection

found out my mobile home failed its inspection today for the electrical part it states
1)wire for fans not softed off

anyone knows what this means?

It looks like they are talking about cieling fan wires...If no fan is installed..they are supposed to be sealed off....Many factories put temporary light fixtures on the wires..Others put a sealed box to protect the wires...

If this was a local insopection...all you have to do is hang a fan...or put a junction box over the wires..
