Can any one help? I am a Loan Officer Located in Southern California I have recently aquired 3 Clients whom are self Employed, and would like to Refinance there Manufactured homes. one is in a Mobile Home Park, the other two are on land that they are financing with the Home. I am looking for a lender that would use Bank Statements as full Doc with or without a hit to use them as Income. all three are in the 640 to 680 fico range the one in the Mobile Park will have an LTV Below 50% the other two would be 80% and 90%

Once again can anyone help? need a Wholesale Lender that uses Bank Statements as proof of Income.
