Richard's Skyline came from another plant...

I am just amased at asll these plants using pressboard floors and not offering other choices...Even that salesperson admitted the floor rots with moisture...Moisture can come from many causes..those I have seen causing floor problems in pressboard floors are from open doors and windows, window airs, condesation on windows and sliding doors, toilet seals, minor plumbing leaks...even areas in front of the shower that can get wet...

You will have to make this call.

You can convince yourself on this one. Go to a homestore and get a small piece of particle board. Let water run over it for awhile and check the expansion. This is not a good product anywhere water may come in contact with it and a house is always subject to water leaks. They offer a 10 year guarantee but read it and it is product replacement only which is a small portion of the cost.
