I paid $55,9 for my "Powder House" (rolling eyes) last year. It's my understanding it's about $7K more for a 2003 model. My home was made at the Bellcrest plant last July, and I've been in it since August. I've had no problems with the home outside of a blown dishwasher motor that was covered by whirlpool.
