Toby, you couldnt have worded it any better. Yes, I sell homes for Palm Harbor and I quite frankly get a kick out of some of the stories. However, Palm Harbor doesnt use strong-arm tactics. You would be surprised at the amount of people who come on our lot wanting to only look at the "big one on the front", which is a 42x76 3114sq ft home. Big house.....Big Sticker Price.... However not many of these people are equiped to purchase a land/home turnkey package at around 800-1000 bucks a month. Nuturing the customer and giving them more insight on the "entire" process from the financing to the manufacturing of the home is greatly appreciated from the many customers who visit our sales center. And to the people who had a rough experience from the Palm Harbor retail centers they visited, well, I wouldnt count Palm Harbor out because of that. You might want to reconsider investing in a great value of a home. *steps off the soap box* : )
