Does anyone know of a company that is refinancing mobile homes ? looking for a none FHA loan with a high precentage financed. thanks

If you are looking for a "Cash Out" refi (a mortgage that would put cash in your hand and refi your current mortgage) it could be a challenge..In todays tough mortgage market cash out refi's are getting tough to find for any type of home..For other normal refi's you should try the finance link at the top of this page..The lenders here specialize in manufactured homes and will have good programs available...Try it and good luck..
