Hiring new managers for my MHP in MI

I am the owner of a MHP in Southern Michigan (Coldwater) and am looking to hire
a new management team (preferably husband and wife) for the community. I really
want people with some relevant experience. How would you recommend I advertise
for such a position? What do I need to pay? How can I best do this without letting
my current managers know what I am trying to do? Do you know of any
'headhunters' who could help me find new managers. We are still filling in lots from
our expansion, someone who has been through such an experience would be
perfect.

Although, I cannot apply for the position you are looking to fill, I do want to move to Michigan in 2-3 years and would be very interested in learning about the top mobile home dealers/manufacturers there.
My family and I currently live in Nashville and look forward to relocating to the Traverse City area. Any info you could provide would be most helpful (especially re: Michigan mobile homes/double-wides 2200 sq.ft. or more). Also we want to consider placing this double-wide over a basement...How costly would that be?
