Fleetwood Berkshire

We are going to be purchasing a pre owned manufactured home. The home we are considering is a 1998 Fleetwood Berkshire. Where can I get information about this type of home? Is there any type of rating system for older homes, or somewhere to look at the problems those homes had for that year? Does anyone have any tips on buying a pre owned home?

If there were initial problems with this model year..they have been long worked out...Bershire Manor is a Fleetwood brand used by more than 1 building center...The best advise I can give is that this is a 9 year old house..like any 9 year old house you should invest in a professional home inspection.....Home inspectors will develop a report detailing any and all deficiencies.This will give you info specific to the actual home you are looking at and help you to decide if you want to move forward....
