putting my mh on a basement

we are moving our mh to private property and want to put it on a basement. what are the questions i need to ask the foundation companies? also my home is a 1984 fuqua englewood 28x60 is it possible to put it on a partial basement like 40x26 and the other 20 ft. slab? we are moving soon so please reply. thanks
