I would like to know if it is okay to do mosaic tile walls in a MH bathroom - our master bath has atrocious wallpaper, and wallpaper also seems impractical in a room with regular moisture. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Most walls are too flimsy to support mosaic tile. And if the wall was strong, the home could shift with the seasons and you'll have a mess. Personally I'd install that bath fan and use a good bathroom paint.
