Heat Tape

My neice have a singlewide home with skirting around it and has to wrap the electric heat tape around pipes in cold weather. I have just purchase a doublewide 1993 Commodore on a perm foundation... Is it required that I purchase the heat tape as well?????

What you will need to get your home ready for winter depends on where you live. If you are in Florida you will not need a heat tape. If you are in the north where the weather gets below freezing you will need to heat tape your incoming water line.
