1999 Marlette Window replacement

Hello,

I am trying to find out where I can buy a replacement window for a 1999 Marlette manufactured home. Do you know if I need to order directly from Marlette. Tried to find their website to no avail. I also need to talk to someone about ceiling repair in this home.

Do you have vinyl or metal windows? If Vinyl - the name of the window manufacturer should be on the lock (most likely Philips or Kinro). You can contact either one directly (both are located in the Elkhart/Goshen Indiana area). Thier service department will assist you in getting the right size ordered. Do you need the whole window or just the glass? The vinyl stops (on the vinyl windows) are removeable - this would allow you to get an accurate measurement of the glass. Any local glass shop could get this for you, but the window manufacturer MIGHT send it to you for free. Try www.marlettehomes.com , and use the contact us to find out what you got. Marlette is a division of Schult. Contact your dealer and ask them who made your window.

If you have just a plain vinyl window, most any home improvement store could order it to size.

Unless you want it to match the others in your home. Most Home Improvement stores will not carry the same brand that is in your home. Also, most of the store brands have a different size frame thickness, which means your interior trim will have to be messed with. The original brand is still the best bet.
