re-leveling and corner cracks

I have some cracks in the corners of two of my rooms on the left side , and I also have doors and medicine cabinet that open up occasionally are these leveling problems? I have a professional coming out tomorrow to inspect for re-leveling is there anything I should be aware of before I have him do the job? Is there a check list of do and don't to follow prior to hiring someone? I;m a newbie to the MH living and would appreciate any help you can provide me with. By the way professional was referred to me by a neighbor. Please answer soon , all replys are greatly appreciated.
