a mh than a home?? I think so but I really dont know.
The hubby is still not keen on buying one, but wants to stay in the 115,000 3 -4 bdrm, one tiny bathroom that needs a lot of work and is only 1200 or 1300 sq ft. if that I think its more like 900 - 1000 but what do I know??

Is is cheaper to repair
Re: Is is cheaper to repair
It would depend on your location - here in central Nebraska it is cheaper to work on a MH than a stick built.

This all depends. Are you looking for new or used? With a new home, you have at least 1 year of warranty. On some models you may also buy an extended warranty as well. Is this a home that you plan on retiring in, or just a stepping stone along the way? Depending on location, a M/H may cost more just because most people are familiar with stick built, but if you find the right handy man that is not scared of the word "trailer house", you might be in good shape. It all depends on what your buying from the word go, and what you are willing to spend to call it home.
