please include more about the current sales market; is it strong,mediocre, weak,
is there a good outlook for the near future or will the market continue to sag as has been the case. How does the job market in the manufactured housing market look. Questions of interest for those of us who work in the industry every day.

More of the same near term...
Employers dream...lots of experienced wholesale and retail folks looking around...Sorry...wish reality was better...Maybe some parts of the country are stronger..
