Used Mobile Home Won't Sell!!

was reading about how hard it is to sell a used mobile home. i also am having the same problem as others, and it 's not the home. it's the lot rent my lot rent is over $400 a month, i cant afford it any more, when i moved in here 10 years ago, the lot rent was $270. i have a l990 holly park, 14X70, with a huge deck for sale. am asking $12,500. don't know if it could be moved but don't see why not. i have the hitch under the home. if your interested please get back with me. I guess there's a lot of us out here in the same boat!! We financed a new M/H for our daughter. She saved her money and with the low interest rates was able to buy a "stick built" home in an subdivision for $300.00 more than the M/H payment plus lot rent. The home is now sitting in storage. At least we were able to get out from under the $400.00 a month lot rent at the park by putting it in storage. We've been making the note since 7/04. If anyone out there is interested, it's a 2001 Schult. 2 bd. 1/2 bath. Like new. We'll consider all offers.

Hello, different question, from the other side. Where do you find used manufactured homes to buy? We would llike one for a second home in Oregon. Could someone please advise.
