When putting a mobile home on a permanent foundation with additions, landscaping, etc. and then having the land and home being converted to and taxed a real estate, is a person able to convert their mobile home insurance to home insurance? Especially if it has been re-assessed as real estate.

Afraid not...but you should shop all insurance companies in your area for the best rates..they do vary a lot from company to company..
