What would be an average salary range for a community manager with an ACM designation? Thank you, Mary

Sslary ranges are really hard to pinpoint. They are all over the board, depending on the size of the community, the economics of the area, whether or not housing and utilities are included, the number of hours you work and are on call, and the size of your staff. Usually, a rule of thumb is $6 to $7 per homesite per month.
