Where are the MH repo for sale in So. Calif?
All I can find is new dealers. I want to buy a good used MH and have it put on my property in the Inland Empire. (Riverside County, Calif.) How can I find them? Once in a while there is one or two used ones on a new home lot but does anyone carry a larger amount of them? Thanks.

check with Dennis at Ma Williams in Hemet. They often take in trades. Keep checking so that you can see the trade-ins before he sends them to his lot in Ensenada. A-1, on SR74 about 2 miles west of Ma Williams, is another possibility.

Go to MH parks in your area. I live in Torrance and in our park are 2-3 repo's just sitting there. Find some in the parks in your area and see if you can have them pulled and moved to Riverside.

Ok, at least in my area this is how it is done.
The dealer, yep the new home dealers are the ones with the huge repo books. Just ask them to let you look at them or have them find you one in the area and price that you want.
It's a very scarry thing to look through but it's worth a shot. Another thing you would want to look at, if they let you look at the books, is how may homes that dealer or another dealer of your likeing has in repo status. It gives you a good idea on weather or not to trust the dealer. If the dealer themselves have alot of repo's listed that they sold new and installed, run away quick, it's often because they underquote, or use shady tactics to sell a home.
