I would like to say that I received the ratings book that Grissim wrote. Absolutely wonderful!!!! I have to say thand you for all the hard work you have done.

It even proved my husband wrong because he thought that Fleetwood was the best but I kept telling him that they weren't (before I even got the book, just by my own research). The information is totally, totally, totally great!!!!

Whoever thinks that they can do without the reading material is way off. I mean you can get by, as we would of, but would me have made the best decision. I think not.

Especially for people who are considering the manufactured home for the first time. These books are very much needed. The next book on my list will be Randy Eaton's.

My husband jokes with me that I'm gonna know how to build a manufactured home by the time I get through researching them!

Which book did you get? Was it the ratings book or the buyer's guide. I
have ordered the buyer's guide and wondered if I should get the ratings book
as well.
