Moving my manufactured home

Please help if anyone can. I currently live in a manufactured home park in Michigan. My home is a 2004 Dutch 1600 sq/ft. I am considering moving to Delaware and want to take my home. We are planning on buying land out there and putting the house on a foundation. ( yes, I know the move is going to cause a ton of drywall cracks.) Does anyone know about how much it will cost me to move it 567 miles?

Also is there a way to get a loan to refinance the home and rifiance the land together. I would like to get a loan to cover all charges. Is this possible?

This would be an expensive program...ft for this distance will be about $5000 alone..plus the cost of tear down and the reset..will also be thousands....Are you sure you can find land that zoning would allow as manufactured home???

I doubt you will find a bank willing to lend on these terms....Good Luck..You might be better selling even if you have to take a lose..and buying new at your destination...

Thanks for the input. The cost of tear down and put back together is already figured into my figures. What do you mean by zoning? The area that we are planning moving to allows you to put a manufactured home on land.

I wish I could sell but unfortunatly the market in Michigan is horrible. I will probably have to take a $25 - 35,0000 loss on the house. That I cannot afford to do. Right now they are selling manufactured homes on 1/2 acre lots, less than 10 miles from the property I want to buy in Delaware, for around $250,000. I am still doing research on the whole process so any more help would be great.

My guess is that tear down and proper reset will cost about $10,000....for a total cost of about $15,000....How much is a lot in this area????...

My dad has found a couple for me. I am looking at a 2 acre lot that is going to cost around $40,000.
