Bad Credit Mortgage
I am looking for a bad credit mortgage to purchase a land/home package from a manufactured home dealer in our area. I only have about 2000.00 toput down. Will even take a gently used one on it's own land. I just need to know if there is help out there for me and my family who does mortgages for my type of situation. I have tried this sites fill out app (2 weeks ago) and got no response as of yet. My credit score is 540.

Your best bet is to look for OWNER FINANCING. Many people who are selling their older home should be happy to have a small monthly income from your purchase. Look thru your local newspaper classified section, and phone the sellers. It might take some time or you might want to run an ad yourself under MH FOR SALE, where sellers will see your offer when they look to see where they want to place their ad.
