we are looking at 1976-77 Levitt dbl wide in a park here in Southern California ...its for sale by the 2nd owner...I can't find any info on the mobile on the internet ...does any one have any background ????

I know nothing about this house...but I do know there is a huge difference between a 1976 and 1977 model...A 1976 will be pre HUD code and could be very hard to find finance for...A 1977 will have better finance possiblilities..

This home is almost 30 years old...like any home this age a buyer should have a home inspection for the best information..
