Advice for purchasing MH in Ohio

My husband and I are looking to help my mother-in-law purchase a mobile home in Ohio. I've just started my research. I've seen a lot of Fairmont, Fleetwood, and Redmond for resale. How do these MH hold up? Does anyone own a Fairmont or Fleetwood and what was your experience?
Do these manufacturers have a good reputation? Any one manufacturer stand out in Ohio?

First of all, none of the manufacturers you listed are located in Ohio, Fairmont is in Indiana, Redman and Fleetwood build homes in both IN and PA.
None of these are high end homes, Fairmont builds a decent home. If the redman is from Topeka IN, I would look someshere else. Not very trustworthy.
Fleetwood is very bad with service, anywhere you go!
