what is "cresdeck"?

hi folks,
a dealer is telling me "cresdeck" is a high quality flooring. is that true? what is it?
he says its dimensions are 8' by 14' 3". it's all greek to me.

Pressboard...This is a brand name used by LA Pacific Lumber Company..
Upgrade to OSB or plywood..

Cresdeck is basically Particle Board with a fiberglass overlament that is "supposed" to waterproof the floor.. however the warranty excludes waterdamage as a warranted item! Enough said.... The only flooring worth a damn is O.S.B.......
