failing extended span floor
i own a 32x80 fortune home set on a full basement i have many problems with the home in general but a major issue is the beams for the trailer is pulling my floor down off of my walls in some places there is a 1/2: gap between the decking and the bottom of the wall. The home is only 2 years old any help would be great thanks rick smith

If they don't give you satisfaction call a private home inspection company. These are companies that inspect homes of people who have applied for a bank loan, to assure the bank that the home is structurally sound.
Find out from a professional what the problem is so you know who is responsible. Ask the inspector to recommend what action needs to be taken to fix the problem. Get it in writing. That written opinion could make it difficult for whoever is responsible to ignore your problem.
