Buying a manufactured home new

Like your idea on the foundation. One thing I did find out after the fact is that three types of permanent fundations can be used in Lake County, solid concrete, block, and concrete with a pony wall (which I have). I just watched them put up a MH using the solid concrete and, even tho the house sits high, it looks real nice. The house is a bottom of the line Fleetwood (2X4 ext walls, paneling in the closets, etc.) but it does present a nice exterior.
