MH in Minnesota

I am in the beginning stages of first time home ownership. Very scary! I've pretty much decided I would like to get a MH.

I'm located in Minnesota and I've looked at a variety of brands and models. Of what I've seen so far, I'm leaning towards the Marshfield brand. They seem to be better quality than some others I've seen.

Now, my questions.....

1. Would anyone have any recommendations/warnings about the brands available in Minnesota.
2. Exactly what brands are available in my state?
