Hi Everyone,

I am a first time home buyer and was looking into the manufactured homes. Does anyone know roughly how long they last compared to a house?

thanks for all the info.

Hello Ginger,

A well built manufactured home will last as long as a site-built home. Check out my comparison guide on this site. It will rate the most popular builders in the US. Check out the book store on the main page.

I beg to differ. Our Fleetwood lifespan has been met and it's only 3 yrs. old.
